What to write about

• A worksheet that looks wrong. Especially an answer key. Send the page address and we will find it — every sheet is reproducible from its link, so we will see exactly what you saw.
• Billing. You can change your card, read your receipts and cancel yourself from your account page, which is usually faster than waiting for us. Write if it does not do what you expect.
• A standard you want covered, or a worksheet you cannot find. This is the most useful mail we get.
• Privacy, or your school asking. The privacy page answers most of it — we hold nothing at all about any child — and the address there reaches the same place as this one.

A small operation, so allow a few days for a reply.
